This app has been a tremendous help with changing my eating lifestyle. The encouragement from other users is invaluable. Being able to share photos , recipes and stories is great. Heres to new paleo friends and them helping me to stay on track

This app is so user friendly that my husband can use it! Ive lost 25lbs. So easily. I did however, read quite a bit about the Paleo Lifestyle first. It makes great sense to use this app until you find your own way.

My friend was asking me questions after she learned I was eating Paleo and specifically if a popular energy bar was Paleo. Since I didnt have the bar to read the ingredients I was able to use the app to search the name. As it turns out several flavors are Paleo and I have a new snack option. I love that I have a quick option for finding out if packaged foods are Paleo without having to read through a laundry list of ingredients myself.

I am constantly using this app for myself and for my family and friends! It is so worth the price because I can look stuff up quickly and make better choices. It takes the guessing game out for the most part which I love! Great for the transition and if you forget later on!

Super easy to use. Has answered every "Paleo or not" question Ive had, usually with additional information on why.

I like the style of writing that the authors use. Its really down to earth and easy to understand. I feel like they are speaking directly to me. Thanks for all the wonderful info. Im learning so much.

Just starting Paleo, very useful and user friendly

This app is great for quick checks on products at my local supermarket and when Im at restaurants.

They need more roots, spices, and miscellaneous ingredients added to this list. Stuff like Carrageenan and Guar Gum was missing. As well as Tumeric root. Good for the majority of things we need to look out for!

Not what I expected for what I spent. No way of recording any meal plans or any notes. JUST A SEARCH ENGINE

This has just about anything in the grocery store in the search bar. You can ask any food in the world and itll tell you if its good for you or not. Its pretty awesome!

I have only been on Paleo but his app makes it very easy to see what is permitted. I especially like the explanation section.

Yes its inexpensive but I had another app that did a much better search and it was free. The developers should review "Only Paleo" to see how this app should work. Id like a refund.

This is a useless App. Whenever you click on anything it takes you to the website which is, in any case, available for free. Its a waste. I am surprised Apple would approve such a crap to be on their AppStore!

I thought it would have a lot more to offer.. Not worth the dollar.. Could just google all this information

So far this app has been very helpful for answering my questions quickly. Ive only been Paleo for a couple weeks and it was very useful in helping me clean out my pantry. I check out foods regularly as well

I just paid $1.19 for this app to direct me back to the website I found for free.. Fail fail fail.
